  You will not provide us with any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, and if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your service account with MOOV and/or other PCCW entities, and refuse any and all current or future use of the MOOV service and/or other PCCW services;
• 您同意向MOOV (Hong Kong) Limited ("MOOV") 及其董事、主管、職員、附屬公司、關聯公司、承包商及代理("受補償方")就任何MOOV及/或任何受補償方因本通知或任何其包含之事宜而引致或與之有關所招致或承擔的訴訟、責任、費用、申索、損失、損害、法律程序及／或其他費用作出補償;
  You will indemnify MOOV (Hong Kong) Limited ("MOOV") and its directors, officers, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, and agents ("Indemnified Parties") from and against any action, liability, cost, claim, loss, damage, proceeding, and/or expense suffered or incurred by MOOV and/or any of the Indemnified Parties arising out of or related to this report or any matters contained herein;

  MOOV and its directors, officers, employees and affiliates may disclose all information provided on this report form and any information provided by you in relation to this report to any person or entity at any time for purposes relating to the handling of this report (including but not limited to its investigation, verification, follow-up, referral to appropriate parties or resolution);
• 如有需要，您願意提供更多資料及與MOOV合作處理本通知；及
  You will provide further information and cooperate with MOOV in the handling of this report as necessary; and
• MOOV會盡合理努力去審核及處理您在本通知提出的事宜，但MOOV可以全權並以MOOV認為合適的方式處理本通知，而且MOOV無責任跟進您的通知或就本通知採取或不採取任何行動。
  While MOOV will use reasonable endeavors to assess and address the matters raised your report, MOOV may deal with this report at MOOV's discretion and as MOOV sees appropriate, and there is no obligation on MOOV to follow up or to take or not take any actions in relation to your report.
