MOOV x B.Duck別注版搖頭揚聲器套裝 (「揚聲器套裝」) 條款及條件:
  1. 揚聲器套裝推廣期由即日至2016年12月31日為止(「推廣期」)。
    Speaker Pack promotion period is from now until 31st December 2016 (“Promotion Period”).
  2. 揚聲器套裝 (套裝優惠價: HK$128) 包括B.Duck別注版搖頭揚聲器 (「揚聲器」) 乙個連2個月MOOV音樂服務。限量500套。
    Speaker Pack (selling price: HK$128) includes a MOOV x B.Duck Motion Speaker (“Speaker”) and the subscription fees for 2-month MOOV music service. Limited to 500 packs only.
  3. 揚聲器套裝只適用於首 500名從未登記MOOV音樂服務之新登記客戶，並成功於推廣期間在展銷會內即場以「推廣序號」進行認購的客戶。客戶須於MOOV指定網址 (https://moov.hk/code) 輸入「推廣序號」並建立MOOV服務賬戶及認購揚聲器套裝，先到先得，售完即止。接受VISA 或 MasterCard信用卡方式付款。
    Speaker Pack is only applicable to the first 500 new subscribers who have not registered for MOOV service before and those who successfully subscribe for MOOV service during the Promotion Period using the promotional code. Customers shall create a MOOV service account and subscribe for the Speaker Pack in the MOOV App (see the “promotional code” button on the homepage). Available on a first come first served basis whilst stocks last. Only VISA or MasterCard credit card payment will be accepted.
  4. 客戶成功認購後四個工作天內，我們會以客戶登記的電郵地址發出揚聲器換領信。認購者或授權代領者必須於換領信所載的有效期內到B.Duck 服裝專門店 (地址: 九龍尖沙咀彌敦道100號The One L304) 出示換領信換領B.Duck別注版搖頭揚聲器，逾期無效。
    Customers who have successfully subscribed for the Speaker Pack will receive a redemption letter from us via customers’ registered email address within four working days. Subscribers shall redeem the Speaker during the redemption period as specified in the redemption letter at B.Duck Apparel store (address: L309B, The One, 100 Nathan Road, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon) by producing the redemption letter. B Duck Motion Speaker not collected within the specified period will be forfeited without notice.
  5. MOOV 音樂服務 (「本服務計劃」) 只供客戶於香港境內使用。本服務計劃一經啟動，您便可在服務期限內使用MOOV音樂服務。 除非您在本服務計劃啟動日起計2個月屆滿前最少一天，透過在 MOOV的網上戶口管理或服務熱線1833866或1000或獲授權的第三方(iOS平台上的iTunes服務)終止服務，否則您所訂購的MOOV音樂服務將以月費$49自動續約。任何在終止服務前已繳付的服務費用將不獲退還。
    MOOV music service (“the Service Plan”) is only available for customers’ use in Hong Kong. You can enjoy MOOV music service during the service period once the Service Plan is activated. Subscription will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis at a monthly fees of $49 unless you terminate the service through MOOV online account management or through the service hotline at 1833866 or 1000 or through authorized third parties (iTunes for services on iOS platform) at least one day prior to the end of the 2-month period commencing from activation of the Service Plan. No refund will be made for any service fees paid prior to its termination.
  6. MOOV音樂服務提供線上音樂服務，通過互聯網傳送歌曲及音樂影像。MOOV電腦版不設歌曲、音樂影像及其他服務內容下載。MOOV App (iOS及Android版) 設有歌曲下載及離線收聽，但僅於本服務計劃有效期限內使用。使用MOOV App有可能衍生流動數據費用，詳情請向您的電話網絡供應商查詢。
    MOOV music service provides music streaming services through delivering music tracks and music videos on the internet. MOOV PC version does not provide downloading service of music tracks, music videos and any other music contents. MOOV App (iOS and Android version) allows music downloading and offline listening but only valid for use during the effective period of the Service Plan. You may incur mobile data charges for using the MOOV App, please contact your mobile network operator for more details.
  7. 客戶須具備一定的電腦及/或流動設備基本系統要求，詳情請見https://moov.hk。
    Customers must meet the basic requirements of the operating system of computers and/or mobile devices. For details, please visit https://moov.hk.
  8. 本服務計劃不設14天免費試玩優惠。
    The Service Plan does not provide MOOV 14-days free trial offer.
  9. 本服務計劃只可用於MOOV音樂服務，不可兌換成現金、不可退款或交換及不可重複使用。所訂購之揚聲器套裝亦不可取消、退還、退款或更換。
    The Service Plan is only for MOOV music service and cannot be exchanged for cash, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not for repeatedly use. Once subscribed for the Speaker Pack, it cannot be cancelled, returned, refund or exchanged.
  10. 本服務計劃的使用受MOOV的條款及條件所規限，詳情請見https://moov.hk。您使用及啟動本服務計劃，即表示您同意受該等MOOV條款及條件及本條款及條件的限制。
    Use of the Service Plan is subject to MOOV Terms and Conditions, please visit https://moov.hk for details. By using and activating the Service Plan, you are deemed to agree to be bound by the MOOV Terms and Conditions and these terms and conditions.
  11. 商品顏色或會因電腦螢幕設定差異會略有不同，一切以實物為準。
    The colour of the product illustrated may be different from the actual product due to computer monitor settings, the actual product shall prevail in kind.
  12. 認購一經接納，揚聲器套裝之費用將即時從客戶提供之信用卡賬戶過賬，而過賬時信用卡賬戶必須運作正常，否則訂購之申請無效。若您選擇以信用卡為付款方式，電訊盈科媒體有限公司會先於您的信用額內扣取$1作核實之用。此$1不會獲發帳單。為確保整個訂購過程順利，建議客戶使用已登記「Visa 驗證」或MasterCard® SecureCode™ 服務之適用信用卡，詳情請向發卡銀行查詢。
    Once the subscription is accepted, fees for the Special Pack will be deducted from the credit card account provided by the customers. Customers shall ensure that the credit card account shall be normal at the time of processing the payment, otherwise subscription shall be invalid. In order to make the subscription process run smoothly, customers are advised to use designated credit cards with Verified by VISA or MasterCard® SecureCode™.   14. 本公司一概不負責有關揚聲器之品質及/或表現。在法律最大允許的範圍內，本公司及其關聯公司不會為任何因為或有關使用及/或享用該產品，或無法使用及/或享用該產品而產生的損失或損害的索償負責。在法律最大允許的範圍內，本公司及其關聯公司對有關產品(或產品的任何部份)的品質、適用性及適銷性，不作任何聲明或保證。
    Our Company is not responsible for the quality or performance of the Speaker. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage for any claims arising out of the use and/or inability to use the product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no representations or warranties are made as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the product (or any part of it).
